Q: What if I'm not happy with the item?
A: If for any reason you're not happy with your item, just contact us, because we attempt to please every customer. Send item back in the original packaging with the supplied prepaid postage label. You may pick out a replacement from our current available stock of equal or lesser value. Charges will incur for items exceeding the replacement value.

A: United States Postal Service.
Q: What method for shipping do you use?
A: All products that weigh under 16 oz. will be shipped using First Class Mail. All products over 16 oz. will be mailed out Priority Mail.

A: Orders placed on Friday thru Sunday, ship out on Monday, orders placed Monday thru Thursday, ship out the following day.

A: Free shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on shipping method.

A: Regardless of how many individual products are purchased, each one will be shipped wearing it's own attire (box).

A: We don't charge for any exchanges of a product of equal or lesser value. If the product is more than the returned product, you will be charged the difference.

Q: How do I clean my vase?
A: A damp cloth with water or glass cleaner would be sufficient, but not soaked. Another way is to do a dry cleaning with a soft bristled brush. The pine cone vases are more fragile so we recommend a very light dry cleaning.

Q: How do I clean my walking stick?
A: Any common household cleaner would work. Make sure to wipe dry.
Q:What is the difference between a split and a crack?
A: Some of our products have cracks on the knots right out of the forest. These cracks are sealed during one of our processes.
In extremely rare circumstances, a split could form on one of our products that has been purchased. A split always runs vertical with the grain and is usually more than an inch long. A split is so powerful that it will totally separate the piece through the entire surface.

A: In the very unlikely event that a Go-Green Tamarack wood product forms a split, we offer an exclusive lifetime replacement guarantee on all of our wood products.
